Rich Gaming Academy's Online Short Course Policy

Enrollment and Payment Policy:

When is payment taken for courses?

 

Payment for our online short courses is taken at the time of enrollment, which is also considered the start date of the course.

 

How far in advance can you enroll in a course?

 

Enrollment is immediate. As soon as payment is made, you may start the course, or choose to start later if you wish. Our flexible model allows you to pay for and begin the course whenever it suits you.

Refund Policy:

Cooling-Off Period:

 

Participants have a 72-hour cooling-off period from the time of enrollment to cancel their registration and receive a full refund.
No Refunds after Content Consumption:

 

If the course content has been started, we generally do not offer refunds, unless there are extreme circumstances. Contact shaun@rga.edu.au to discuss.

 

Full Refunds before Content Consumption:

 

If you have paid for the course and have not consumed any course content, you are eligible to request a refund.
